Here are some ideas for additional information you may want to add to help you manage your Hoshin Kanri more effectively and improve situational awareness for making decisions

Colour coding can be a useful technique to make using and referring to your Hoshin Kanri easier. When choosing colours try to:

  • avoid RAG status colours used for tracking progress i.e. red, amber, green
  • colours which are too simimlar
  • colours which will be difficult for anyone with colour blindness
